If passed (voted YES)

- Casino licenses would be renewed for 12-month periods rather than seasonal periods
If rejected (voted NO)
- Cruise ship casino licenses would continue to only be valid during cruise season (April 1 to November 30)
- Casino operating hours would remain fixed at 9 PM to 5 AM when ships are docked in Bermuda
- The current seasonal licensing system would stay in place
