What this bill does

If passed (voted YES)

- Minimum wage laws would remain harder to enforce, with employees having fewer options when employers don't pay properly
- No mandatory record-keeping system for employers, making it difficult to prove wage violations
- Current enforcement gaps would continue, potentially allowing some employers to underpay workers without consequences
