What is this contract for?

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for The Provision of a Facilities Condition Assessment for the Bermuda Department of Corrections as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Government is seeking proposals from reputable firms to provide an independent, professional evaluation of its Correctional Facilities and to assess the suitability of the existing infrastructure in relation to current and future operational demands, international standards and human rights obligations. Pre-Bid / Site Meeting A pre-bid meeting will be held Friday, October 17th, 2025 at 10:00 a.m. at the 3rd Floor Training Room of the Ministry of Public Works and Environment's Headquarters.  Proponents are required to register their interest to attend by 5:00 p.m., October 16th, 2025 with the RFP Contact. Proponents who cannot attend in person will be provided a link to attend the meeting virtually. **Late submissions will not be accepted.
