What is this contract for?

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Retaining Wall Middle Road Southampton as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Ministry of Public Works and Environment is seeking to engage a suitable qualified and experienced contractor to construct a retaining wall to stablize a portion of Middle Road, Southampton.
