Maintenance and Servicing of Dogi Pot Stations

What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Maintenance and Servicing of Dogi Pot Stations, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). This statement outlines the preliminary scope of works for the island-wide maintenance and scheduled servicing of Dogi Pot stations within the National Park System.  Seventeen stations at key locations--including Admiralty House Park, Botanical Gardens, Spittal Pond, Shelly Bay and specified sites along the Railway Trail, with the remaining 50 stations, divided into west, central and east sections, maintained on a rotating three-week cycle.  Responsibilities include the timely procurement of materials, installation and replacement of Dogi Pots, and the installation of approved signage. Pre-Bid / Site Meeting The mandatory site visits will be held on Tuesday July, 22, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Botanical Gardens using the entrance across from the Peace Lutheran Church.  Bidders should attend the site visits they choose to bid on at their corresponding time which is outlined below. Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission. **Late submissions will not be accepted.
