What is this contract for?

Wokring in partnership with leaders from the Ministry of Education Headquarters, the Department of Education and the Ministry of Public Works, Estates Section, the proponents will provide a Strategic Programme and Project Development Plan and a Business Case within a four-month period that will support the delivery of the 21st-century vision for Education Reform and is more detailed in the "Education Reform Vision for Learning' document.
