What is this contract for?

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Cisco Lifecycle Services as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Department of Information and Digital Technologies seeks to procure Cisco Lifecycle Services, a comprehensive suite of strategic support solutions designed to optimize the performance, security, and value of our technology investments throughout their lifecycle. These services will enable us to effectively plan, deploy, manage, and continuously enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring systems remain well-maintained, up to date, and aligned with evolving business requirements. Engaging Cisco Lifecycle Services is expected to help mitigate risks, improve operational efficiency, and extend the longevity and effectiveness of our technology environment. Failure to adhere to this rule may result in the disqualification of the proponent and the rejection of the proponent’s proposal.
