What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Office Cleaning Services, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Department of Employee and Organizational Development (DEOD) is seeking a contractor to provide cleaning services. Key Dates Issue Date of RFQ Monday August 02, 2021 Pre-Bid / Site Meeting Monday August 09, 2021 03:00 PM Deadline for Questions Monday August 16, 2021 Deadline for Issuing Addenda Wednesday August 18, 2021 Submission Deadline Monday August 23, 2021 03:00:00 PM Anticipated Execution of Agreement Friday September 03, 2021 Site Visit / Pre-Bid Meeting The bidder's designated representative is invited to attend a Pre-bid meeting, if provided for; the purpose of the meeting will be to clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised at that stage of the procurements.  If so provided for, the Government will organize a site visit.  The bidder is requested, as far as possible, to submit any questions in writing, to reach the RFQ Contact not later than one week before the meeting.  Non-attendance at the Pre-bid meeting and site-visit will not be a cause for disqualificaiton of a bidder.
