What is this contract for?

The Government of Bermuda invites interested parties to express their interest in a commercial vertical farming project on-island that is founded on principles of sustainability and environmentally friendly technology. Harvested items should be herbicide-free, fungicide-free, and pesticide-free and be non-genetically modified (non-GMO). 2.
