What is this contract for?

The Government is seeking proposal from qualified firms to provide an Employee Assistance Program (EAP) in accordance with the Scope of Work specified in this Request for Proposal (RFP). This program is intended to help employees deal with personal problems that might adversely impact their work performance, health and well-being. The Government of Bermuda continues to believe that it is mutually beneficial to its employees, their immediate family members and the Government as an employer to provide, as a free benefit to its employees, access to a full service employee assistance programme.  Therefore, the Government seeks a qualified service provider who can provide a comprehensive employee assistance programme to its employees and immediate family members.
