Course Facilitation & Coaching Services

What is this contract for?

The Department seeks learning & development professionals to facilitate a number of soft skills courses for general personal/professional development, supervisory management and leadership; and/or provide coaching services to senior managers. Coaches should be able to review leadership readiness assessments, prepare coaching agreements, deliver coaching services and prepare written reports sharing results upon completion. Facilitators will be required to provide course material and resources for participants.  Courses will be hosted at our offices located in the Ingham & Wilkinson Building 129 Front Street, Hamilton unless otherwise agreed.
