Construction of an Operators Lounge

What is this contract for?

The Government of Bermuda invites proposals for the construction of an Operators Lounge at the Dockyard Bus Depot. The project includes mobilization; construction of the main building and pump-room with associated electrical and plumbing; installation of a roof catchment system connected to a water tank and pump; ceiling installations; interior and exterior painting; relocation of an existing water tank and pump; installation of air conditioning systems and extractor fans; stainless steel bathroom partitions; grinder pump system for sewage; connection to WEDCO sewer and potable water systems; removal and disposal of the existing lounge building and pump room; and site cleanup and handover.
