This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Supply & Installation of 400A Switchboards for EV Charging Stations at St. George's & Dockyard Depots , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Department of Public Transportation is seeking a qualified electrical contractor to supply and install electrical equipment for their St. George's and Dockyard EV charging stations. Pre-Bid Meeting/ Site Visit A mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit has been scheduled for this procurement.  The purpose of the Pre-Bid Meeting and Site Visit is to provide a structured and formal opportunity for the bidders to raise questions and clarify any of the proposal requirements and procurement process.  The date, time and location are provided as follows: Date: November 14, 2022 Time: 09:00 A.M. and 1:00 P.M. Location: Dockyard Depot (09:00 A.M.), St. George's Depot (1:00 P.M.)
