What is this contract for?

This Request for Proposal is an invitation from the Bermuda Government, Department of Youth, Sport & Recreation to prospective vendors to submit proposals for the management and production of the 39th Annual Sports Awards to be held Saturday March 14th, 2020. The successful vendor will be responsible for the following tasks: Creation and delivery of logistics for award ceremony Creative direction and look of the the award ceremony Script writing and amendment services Award ceremony direction/flow Custom show opening graphic and graphics package for ceremony Recipient vignette composition (35-40 recipients) 30 second radio commercials for promotion Important Dates Issue Date: Tuesday November 12, 2019 Pre-Bid / Site Meeting: Friday November 22, 2019 12:00 PM local time Deadline for Questions: Thursday November 28, 2019 Deadline for Issuing Addenda: Tuesday December 03, 2019 Submission Deadline: Monday December 09, 2019 03:00 PM local time Anticipated Execution of Agreement: Friday December 20, 2019 All times listed are in Atlantic Standard Time (AST).
