Request for Proposals For Aircraft Charter Services

What is this contract for?

The Government of Bermuda (the “Government”), through the Ministry of National Security, Royal Bermuda Regiment invites suitably qualified parties to submit proposals for Aircraft Charter Services. The scope of work consists of providing a full return aircraft charter service, including all services, between Bermuda and the United States, departing BDA to OAJ on Sunday 29 April 2018 and returning from ILM to BDA on Saturday 12 May 2018. Proponents submitting a proposal for this service will be required to provide sufficient information to demonstrate their technical and financial capability to complete the works in accordance with the specifications and demonstrate that they have successfully completed similar projects. On request, full details (including the RFP documents) may be obtained during regular business hours from the reception desk at the Ministry of National Security, Royal Bermuda Regiment on the ground floor of the Headquarters building, Warwick Camp, 1 South Shore, Southampton Parish, WK01, Bermuda.
