What is this contract for?

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Southlands Foreshore Vegetation Management , as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Government of Bermuda is seeking suitable qualified and experienced arborists to remove invasive pest vegetation from the coastal cliffs at Southlands, Warwick. Pre-Bid / Site Meeting Site Visit Mandatory The mandatory site visit will be held at Southlands public beach access and is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18, 2025 at 11:00 am.  Failure to be present at the site and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission. **Late submissions will not be accepted.
