Microsoft School Licensing

What is this contract for?

The Department of Education (DOE), Information Technology Department on behalf to the Ministry of Education and Workforce Development invites bidders to submit a proposal in accordance with the terms and conditions set out in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The DOE owns and supports over 2300 desktop computers with Microsoft Software.  Our intention in this RFP is to choose a Microsoft Authorized Education Partners (AEP’s) for Bermuda to supply a 1 year Microsoft School Agreement. This RFP provides the requirements and evaluation criteria for the purchase and requests a detailed response from all prospective bidders, including pricing and service description, in a specified format.
