What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Railway Trail Landscaping , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Department of Parks is seeking to outsource one-time landscaping services for railway trails and parks across the island to various contractors. Pre-Bid Meeting / Site Visit The mandatory site visits will be held over a two day period where one day will cover the Western sites and the Eastern sites the second day.  Site visits will be held on Monday, January 27, 2025 and Tuesday, January 28, 2025.  Bidders should attend the site visit(s) they choose to bid on at their corresponding time which are outlined in the RFQ document.  Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission. **Late submissions will not be accepted.
