What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Government House Security Services , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Department seeks to secure a security service for Government House from 5pm to 8am on weekdays, weekends and holidays for a period of one year. Pre-Bid / Site Meeting Site Visit Mandatory The mandatory site visit will be held at Government House, 11 Langford Hill, Pembroke, Building #0351 and is scheduled for July 15, 2024 at 10:30 a.m.  Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission. **Late submissions will not be accepted.
