Provision of Excavation and Reinstatement services on an as needed basis

What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Provision of Excavation and Reinstatement services on an as needed basis, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The work will involve the provision of mechanical digging equipment to excavate and expose water supply mains to be repaired by the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) personnel.  Once repaired the contractor shall supply all materials, labour and equipment to backfill and reinstate the excavation.  The contractor is expected to mobolize on site in response to a request from MPW representatives for service provision within 24hrs.
