What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Internal & External School Painting: (Port Royal Primary, Northlands Primary, Dellwood Middle School, Somerset Primary & Paget Primary) , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). This RFQ is for the Internal and External and Roof painting of (5) Five schools: Port Royal Primary, Northlands Primary, Somerset Primary, Paget Primary and Dellwood Middle School. Please be advised that contractors ARE able to bid for any and all of the work.  Some may prefer to bid for only the external work and some may prefer to bid for just the internal work.  Contractors are also able to only bid for specific locations if that suits them best. Pre-Bid / Site Meeting Site Visit Mandatory The mandatory site visit will be held at Somerset Primary and proceed to Port Royal, Paget Primary, Northlands Primary and Dellwood Middle School and is scheduled for February 28, 2024 starting at 10:00 a.m.  Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission. **Late submissions will not be accepted.
