What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the “RFQ”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Purvis Primary New Upper-Level Classrooms and Bathrooms, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The General Contractor shall supply all adequate and competent labor, supervision, tools, and equipment, installed and consumable materials, and every item of expense necessary to complete the construction project.
