What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Swing Bridge Temporary Repairs 2023 , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Ministry of Public Works requires urgent repairs to the Swing Bridge in St. George's. The work involves the supply, fabrication and installation of new steel beams to provide structural repairs in the Approach Spans to Swing Bridge as detailed in the documents and as shown on the contract drawings. Pre-Bid / Site Meeting Site Visit Mandatory The mandatory site visit will be held at the Swing Bridge in St. Georges and is scheduled for Tuesday, March 7, 2023 at 2:00 pm.  If unable to attend, a site visit may be arranged with Austin Kenny ( avkenny@gov.bm ) at an alternative time, before the Deadline for Questions. Failure to attend a site visit will result in the disqualification of your document submissions. **Late submissions will not be accepted.
