Cleaning Service, Ministry of Health - Continental Building

What is this contract for?

The Ministry of Health (MoH) is seeking submissions from established cleaning firms to provide cleaning services at the Ministry of Health offices at the Continental Building, 25 Church Street, Hamilton (Ground Floor, First Floor and Third Floor) for three years that may be extended for one additional year based on the availability of funds and the satisfactory performance of the Contractor. The successful respondent's employees must comply with safety, health and security requirements and may require security clearance and, where applicable, work permits. Cleaning and sanitizing products should be approved by the United States Environmental Protection Agency (EPA). Fees shall be charged on a monthly basis, payable monthly in arrears. The successful contractor shall be responsible for supplying all labour and equipment, (including bags used to consolidate office trash) necessary to perform the work, as detailed below. Services are required Monday through Friday.
