What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective Respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Structural Engineering and Quantity Surveyor Support Services , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Government of Bermuda, through the Ministry of Public Works, Department of Works and Engineering is soliciting tenders for as-needed structural engineering services to support the Structural Section Program.
