What is this contract for?

This Request for Proposals (the "RFP") is an invitiation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Condenser and Condenser Coil Replacement and System Upgrades to the DLBE HVAC Plant, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Government of Bermuda is seeking the services of qualified HVAC contractors for the supply and installation of Condensers and Condenser coils, fan motors and associated components to 4 rooftoop units to the HVAC plant at the Dame Lois Brown Evans Building, 58 Court Street, Hamilton HM 12 as specified herein.
