What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Occupational Health Services Program, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). Our intention in this RFQ is to choose a licensed medical provider to deliver occupational health services for approximately one hundred and twenty (120) Ministry of Public Works (MPW) employees.  We also request for the suitable medical provider to enter into an agreement to render such services for a period of 24 months, for as and when the service is required. Tenders are invited from Experienced Licensed Physicians or Medical Groups for the above captioned project.  In addition, prospective proponents must have contacts or links to a Board Certified Occupational Health Physician.
