What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for HVAC Maintenance to Three Government Buildings , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").  The Government of Bermuda is soliciting for quotations from qualified contractors for the cleaning, routine maintenance and inspections of its HVAC plants and associated equipment located at three Government owned buildings: 1. General Post Office; 2. Global House; and 3. Sylvia Richardson Care Facility.  The contract for these services will be on a monthly basis for a three year term.
