What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Coil Replacement and System Upgrades to DLBE HVAC Plant , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables").  The Government of Bermuda is seeking the services of qualified HVAC contractors for the supply and installation of condenser coils, fan motors and ball valves to the HVAC plant at the Dame Lois Brown Evans Building, 58 Court Street, Hamilton HM 12 as specified herein.
