What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitiation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospecive respondents to submit non-binding quotations for the Supply of Bitumen , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). The Ministry of Public Works seeks a supplier who can supply and deliver Bitumen in 5000 gallon tanks. The supplier will be responsible for delivering the product to the Bermuda Government, with the delivery times specified herein. It is anticipated that a contract will be entered into for a period of three (3) years with an option to extend for one additional year at the discretion of the Government of Bermuda.
