File Cancellation notice for 2021-001Q-MPW (31.66 KB) Our intention in this RFP is to choose a licensed medical provider to deliver occupational health services for approximately one hundred and twenty (120) Ministry of Public Works (MPW) employees. We also request for the suitable medical provider to enter into agreement to render such services for a period of 24 months, for as and when the service is required. Tenders are invited from Experienced Licensed Physicians or Medical Groups for the above captioned project. In addition, prospective proponents must have contacts or links to a Board Certified Occupational Health Physician. The purpose of this work is to ensure employees that handle poisonous and/or toxic substances, or are engaged in an occupation that requires special precautions, undergo annual medical examinations as per the respective trade union Collective Bargaining Agreement.
