What is this contract for?

Proposals are invited from experienced Architectural Design Firms to provide Architectural Design Services for a new Build Department of  Parks Headquarters. The selected Architectural Design Firm will be required to work under the direction of the Architects Section designee to undertake planning and design. Mandatory Site Visit: The mandatory site visit will be held on Tuesday, February 23, 2021 @ 10:00am.  Attendees shall meet at #4 Marsh Folly Road, Prospect Devonshire. DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS: Completed proposals must be returned no later than 3:00 pm on Wednesday March 17, 2021. Late submissions will not be considered
