What is this contract for?

Executive Summary: The Government of Bermuda is seeking proposals from suitably qualified and experienced contractors to remove the existing and erect the new bridge leading to Coney Island. Proponents submitting a proposal for this work will be required to provide sufficient information to demonstrate their technical capability and availability to complete the scope of works and deliverables in accordance with the RFX.
