What is this contract for?
The Government of Bermuda, Ministry of Public Works, through the Bermuda Housing Corporation announce this Request for Proposals as an invitation by the BHC to prospective proponents to submit proposals to Develop a Business Case for a new Water, Wastewater and Resource Recovery Utility. The Government of Bermuda must improve the quality, reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of water supply, wastewater collection and treatment, and solid waste disposal. In pursuit of this goal, the Ministry of Public Works (MPW) has initiated a project with the aim of creating water, wastewater, and resource recovery utility. Proponents submitting a proposal for this work will be required to provide sufficient information to demonstrate their technical capability and availability to complete the scope of works and deliverables in accordance with the RFX documents and demonstrate that they have successfully provided similar services and works in the past. Submissions by Proponents who cannot demonstrate this expertise will be automatically rejected. Interested parties that require any additional information may contact ; Attention: J.
