What is this contract for?

The Government of Bermuda, Ministry of Public Works, is soliciting quotations from experienced service providers for the provision of island-wide recycling collection services, including "blue bag" collection, for households, rest homes, all private and public schools, Government work places, public docks, bus stop bins, and Government-operated facilities outside the Corporation of Hamilton, including BLDC and WEDCO properties.
