Request for Proposal for Architectural Design and Project Management Services

What is this contract for?

Proposals are invited from experienced Architectural Firms for providing Architectural Design and Project Management Services for a new Plant Inspection Facility at the Botanical Gardens. The selected Architectural Firm will be required to work under the direction of the Chief Architect or designate to manage and undertake the planning, design and construction of works for the Architects Section, including, but not limited to, preparation of construction tender documents, preparation of design development drawings, fixtures and equipment packages, contract management and site supervision. Mandatory Site Visit: The mandatory site visit will be held on Wednesday July 25, 2018 @ 10:00am.  Attendees shall meet outside of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources facility located at the Botanical Gardens, Paget.  Submissions will not be accepted if Proponents have not attended the mandatory site visit.
