What is this contract for?

You are invited to submit a response to the tender for the verandah renewal to the Bermuda National Library, Museum and Perot Post Office. It is the tenderer’s responsibility to read the entire tender and comply with all requirements. The work comprises the verandah renewal to the Bermuda National Library, Museum and Perot Post Office. In order to be considered Tenderers must submit fully completed form of tenders This Invitation to Tender includes copies of the following: Instructions to Tenderers; Tender Form, which includes the following: Certificate of Confirmation of Non-Collusion, Company Profile, and Addenda Acknowledgement form; Specification; and Draft Contract (sample) The Tenderer, at their own responsibility and risk, is encouraged to visit and examine the site and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing their tender. The costs of visiting the site shall be at the tenderer's own expense. Access for the purpose of carrying out a site inspection can be obtained by contacting Mr. Dennis Reid, Estates Surveyor, at ddreid@gov.bm . Please complete and return the enclosed form of tender and related documents duly signed to the Tender Box of the Department of Lands and Buildings of the Ministry of Public Works located at 3rd Floor of the General Post Office Building, 56, Church Street, Hamilton, HM12.Late submissions will not be accepted. All completed tenders must be returned in sealed envelopes and clearly marked “Bermuda National Library, Museum and Perot Post Office - Tender for the Verandah Renewal” and returned no later than 3:00 p.m. on 3rd July 2017.
