What is this contract for?

Executive Summary: The Government of Bermuda as represented by the Ministry of Public Works is requesting Tenders for a Contractor to Build a Water Treatment Plant and operate it and its adjacent ancillary facilities to produce Potable Water for the Parish of St Georges. Contractors submitting a tender for this work will be required to provide sufficient information to demonstrate their technical and financial capability to complete the works in accordance with the specification and schedule and demonstrate that they have successfully completed similar projects involving tank supply and installation. Tenders submitted by contractors who cannot demonstrate this expertise will be automatically rejected.
