What is this contract for?

Tenders are invited from experienced General Contractors for the above captioned project. The project involves all works required for the construction of a 1.4 meter high reinforced concrete block retaining wall together with a 1.2 meter wide curbed concrete on Happy Valley Road at #1 Hillsdale Avenue. Contractors submitting a tender for this work will be required to provide sufficient information to demonstrate their technical and financial capability to complete the works in accordance with the specification and contract drawings.
