Cellular/Mobile Service Plans

What is this contract for?

The Government of Bermuda requests proposals from qualified mobile and wireless data providers for the provision of cellular voice/data services,  cellular/mobile plans that may be used by all Ministries and Departments in Government. Cellular/Mobile plans should include the provision of voice and data cellular services for cell phones, smartphones, tablets, and data modem devices for the connection of laptop computers. Plans should be able to include either or both, voice and data components for an individual device. We would expect a certain amount of stability with cellular services. The billing fees for the service plans on an individual device shall be submitted in an easily readable monthly statement and should include identification of the user and Government account information. The term of the master framework agreement is for 24 months. A hardware upgrade eligibility plan for the existing devices is welcome. Explanations should be provided for any device cancellation fees applicable to individuals and all devices in the plan. The minimum number of each type of device within the plan should be specified. 2.
