What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Supply, Store and Delivery of 150,000 LED bulbs , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). This is the 2nd allotment of the Government's LED stimulus package.  This 2nd stimulus package is to purchase and distribute the 2nd purchase of 150,000 LED light bulbs over the coming months to the Bermuda public.  The Scope of Work covers the successful respondent supplying, storing, and delivering 150,000 LED bulbs in accordance with the specification and the agreement.
