What is this contract for?

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Programme Performance Management Software Solution , as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Cabinet Office seeks an execution oriented software that is focused upon cascading the implementation of strategic plans. The software will include performance management tools that enable users to be part of the strategy execution process, and has real time monitoring of core indicators. In addition, the software should include a suite of robust reports and communications tools to give Government the reporting flexibility it needs to make data-driven decisions.
