What is this contract for?

The Government of Bermuda, Cabinet Office, and the Department of E-Government hereby invite all suitably qualified vendors to submit a proposal for the development of, the acquisition of a content management system and hosting for the Bermuda Government Portal ( www.gov.bm ). All interested potential service providers/suppliers who want to bid MUST first indicate their interest and register to receive access to confidential materials under the previously released Expression of Interest dated June 5, 2015. Registration for this project and access to the confidential materials is open until July 22, 2015 5:00 PM (AST).
