What is this contract for?

The Bermuda Economic Development Corporation (BEDC) is desirous of engaging a fully outsourced IT management vendor to provide BEDC information technology services in the areas of network analysis and technical support, systems support, computer operations support, PC desktop technical support, software integration support, telephone system support, and assistance with emerging technologies and accessories. The qualified vendor will enable BEDC to significantly improve information technology (IT) effectiveness, enhance its quality of services, minimize its support cost and maximize return on IT investment. The Project Scope section provides more detailed information concerning the nature of the IT Support Services desired by the BEDC.
