What is this contract for?

For the Courts of Bermuda to implement a single, unitary, end-to-end judicial case management solution. The project involves adopting commercial off-the-shelf software customized to meet the Courts' needs. The system must be Internet/cloud-based, highly secure, and extendable to other government departments. Its purpose is to enhance efficiency and transparency through automation, providing real-time activity tracking, and supporting court operations such as case management, scheduling, document handling, and financial tracking. Accessibility for court employees, the legal community, and the public is critical. The solution must integrate core functionalities, including case management, document/file management, correspondence management, and financial accountability.
