Request for Proposals (RFP): Upgrade of Black Creek System (Westgate)

What is this contract for?

The Department of Corrections is seeking an Upgrade of the Black Creek (Electronic Security)System at Westgate. The contractor will be required to furnish and install the latest version of the Black Creek Super Display Touch Screen Control System along with the latest control software. The upgrade will require a replacement for the following existing operating system and equipment; Square D Programmable Logic Controllers, all touchscreens, Windows 7 operating system (for Windows 10 platform), security server and data logger computer, report generation workstation, and additional network wiring if needed.
