What is this contract for?
The Bermuda Police Service (hereafter know as "BPS") is seeking a service provider to support its IP Telephony System. This IP Telephony System includes the support of 911 emergency services which requires 24/7/365 uptime and on-call service support. The successful proponent will be required to support the following system configuration: Cisco Unified Communications Services System comprising of the following Applications and Devices: • Cisco Unified Communications Manager Cluster • Cisco Unity Connection Cluster • Cisco Unified Communications Manager and Instant Messaging Server Cluster • Cisco Expressway Core Cluster • Cisco Expressway Edge Cluster • Cisco Jabber application • Cisco Adaptive Security Appliance (ASA) 5525X • ISI Call accounting system • VERBA Call recording • Voice Gateway • VG 224 and several ATA devices • Cisco LAN and WAN QoS Contact Information Julie Pitcher, Business Analyst, email jpitcher@bps.bm Language of Submissions Unless otherwise indicated, all submissions shall be in English only.
