What is this contract for?

This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the “Government”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Retaining Wall, Dunscombe Road No. 26 as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix D) (the “Deliverables”). The Ministry of Public Works & Environment seeks to engage the services of a suitably qualified and experienced contractor to demolish a vulnerable, existing retaining wall along Dunscombe Road in Warwick Parish and a new retaining wall to be constructed thereafter. A non-mandatory site meeting will be held on Tuesday March 24th, 2026 10:00 AM at No. 26 Dunscombe Road. The purpose of the meeting will be to visually review the site conditions, clarify issues and to answer questions on any matter that may be raised. Respondents are responsible to have a copy of the RFP documents and for making their own notations during the site visits. Any modification of the RFP documents that may become necessary as a result of the site visits will be made thru an addendum. Respondents may also visit the site and make their investigations at their convenience. **Late submissions will not be accepted.
