What is this contract for?

The Bermuda Government requires proposals from reputable design-builders to design, build, and maintain a safe, functional, and sustainable greenhouse production facility at the Tulo Valley Plant Nursery. This is a 3-phase project: Phase 1 - Design Phase 2 - Demolish Existing and Build New Galvanised Steel Framed Structure Phase 3 - Training and Maintenance Following the design and build stages, the successful proponent will be required to maintain the facility and its systems for a term of (7) years.  The Government also requires the proponent to provide operational and maintenance training for users and maintenance personnel.
