Provision of Security Guards for Agricultural Exhibition 2026

What is this contract for?

This Request for Quotations (the "RFQ") is an invitation by the Government of Bermuda (the "Government") to prospective respondents to submit non-binding quotations for Provision of Security Guards for Agricultural Exhibition 2026 , as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix D) (the "Deliverables"). A Contractor is required to provide Security Guards for the Agricultural Exhibition in 2026. The Agricultural Exhibition is scheduled to take place from Thursday April 23rd to Saturday April 25th, 2026. Twenty-six (26) security guards are required to serve: Peace Lutheran Main Gate; Peace Lutheran Pedestrian Gate; Point Finger Pedestrian Walkway; Grandstand Gate; Stable Gate West; Stable Gate East; Stable Gate South; Old Maintenance Garage Gate: Visitor Center Lower Lawn; Berry Hill adjacent to Visitor Center Building; Berry Hill Main Ring North Gate; Cash Office - Department of Environment & Natural Resources; Roaming Patrols; Static Patrols - Sensory Garden and Overnight Patrol. One (1) Supervisor is required to liaise with the Parks Officer and Senior Police Officer on duty as well as ensure all security guards are on assigned posts. Pre-Bid / Site Meeting The mandatory site visits will be held on Thursday December 04, 2025 at 10:00 AM at The Botanical Gardens using the entrance across from the Peace Lutheran Church. Failure to be present at the site visit and sign in will result in the disqualification of your document submission. **Late submissions will not be accepted.
